Maribeth Batcha and Cathleen Bell met at Columbia University’s fiction writing program nearly a decade ago. We have been friends and writing partners since then.
During that time, we worked separately and together as copywriters, marketing consultants, communications project managers, editors, teachers, and literary magazine publishers. In the Spring of 2005, we founded B63 Creative as a way to offer our combined experience to clients.
While we are primarily copywriters, our marketing backgrounds and project management skills set us apart. We both started our careers at small entrepreneurial organizations where we learned to turn tight budgets into big results. We know that each project is as much about our client’s bottom line as it is about the words on the page. We make sure to understand a client’s ultimate goals, and keep them at the forefront of every aspect of our work.
The B63 team will handle as much or as little of a project as needed. We are capable of writing (to deadline), project management, designer and print supervision, and marketing strategy.
